L\u00f3pez describes how Brandon went home with the man and how she came to find out that her best friend was dead. In Video 1,  L\u00f3pez also discusses the effects  of the murder, the criminal justice process, and the 1999 trial on her life; her reactions toward the defense team's strategies at trial; and her attitudes toward the death penalty.
